When the UK leaves the EU on October 31st without any agreement in place then it’ll be interesting to see what happens and how that impacts the Johnson government.
Boris has learned from Trump’s mistakes.
Throw out the Old Guard as they are NOT your friends.
He will negotiate a huge Trade Agreement with the U.S. that will make the EU look weak and it will spark more departures and the eventual death of the EU.
You beat me to it. 100% agree.
Trump's Nationalism routed globalism all over Europe. Trump-like nationalist candidates swept to victories in the UK, France, Italy, Hungary, Sweden, Poland and the Netherlands. The new EU political stars are Salvini, Le Pen, Farage and Hungary's nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orban. All are in talks to form a team of international nationalist leaders....and Trump is the acknowledged world leader..
<><> Mette Frederiksen: the anti-immigration left leader set to win power in Denmark. Under her leadership, the SD have called for a cap on non-western immigrants, for asylum seekers to be expelled to a reception centre in North Africa, and for all immigrants to be forced to work 37 hours a week in exchange for benefits.
<><> In France, President Emmanuel Macron's party suffered an embarrassing defeat to nationalist Marine Le Pen.
<><>In the U.K., Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage won a landslide victory in the EU Parliament,
leading a Trump-like party that was established just six weeks ago.
<><>It appears likely Boris Johnson, the Trump-like former mayor of London, will emerge as the new prime minister of Britain.
<><>In Italy, Matteo Salvini's nationalist party became one of the leaders
of the EU Parliament, winning an astounding 28 seats.
<><> Opposition conservatives prevail in Greek local election runoffs Reuters. Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras leftist Syriza party suffered its first major defeat in years to the conservative New Democracy party in last Sundays European Parliament vote, prompting him to say he would call an early election. The snap election is expected to take place on July 7. On Sunday, the seats of the mayor of Athens and the district governor for the wider Athens area were the top prizes up for grabs in the runoffs of local elections. Results showed New Democracy candidates winning both seats, handing the conservatives another boost before Greeks return to vote in the expected election next month.

<><>Elections in India - Voters Reject Handouts! Indian News Sources ^ | 5/19/2019 | Me Posted on 5/19/2019, 9:29:06 AM by Republic_Venom If any of you are watching the end of the elections in India (https://www.republicworld.com/livetv) ......and looking at the exit polls, looks like the voters have re-elected the incumbent PM. He, like Trump, was hounded by the media and liberal elite. The surprising results from the exit polls is that the poor and destitute in India voted for him and not the parties that were offering hand-outs and uber-socialist sops. Australia rejected the liberals, now India has...so has Brazil.
<><>Boris Johnson has been elected new Conservative leader in a ballot of party members and will become the next UK prime minister. He beat Jeremy Hunt comfortably, winning 92,153 votes to his rival's 46,656. The former London mayor takes over from Theresa May on Wednesday. Boris wasted no time-----he appointed pro-life conservative Jacob Rees-Mogg to his all-star cabinet alongside Patel, Leadsom and Raab. In victory, Johnson promised to energise the country. "We are once again going to believe in ourselves."
Choose freedom from all those European socialists
Sure he will.
Boris is doing something right the EU is already making fun of him , they have a Mad Magazine type picture of him
The USA is now the world’s largest producer and exporter of oil & gas with reserves that dwarf those of OPEC.
To perch Great Britain’s control over the EU, Trump can appoint them as the leading US O & G policy broker for sales into Europe while restricting the EU’s (notably Germany) deals with Russian O & G.
European governments are not enthusiastic when it comes to relying on Russian O & G supplies. History has left a vey bad taste for any such reliance.
“He will negotiate a huge Trade Agreement with the U.S. that will make the EU look weak and it will spark more departures and the eventual death of the EU.”
I think you are bang on the money. He and Trump will ink such an amazing deal that the other EU countries fall all over themselves to get such a deal.
It will be interesting how the Euro freaks and socialists in England will try to use the dimwits to hinder Trump and Johnson. If an open trade agreement is struck between the US and England/UK and free trade of goods starts flowing, IMO it will be the beginning of the end for the EU!
Excellent cabinet picks
The Indian ...red dot....Ugandan expelled expat Patel is very hardline on culture and immigration controls
Good choice
Johnson is eccentric charismatic
On his first day in office he increases police establishment strength by 20,000 - reversing Traitoress May’s reductions of the last nine years during her tenure as Prime Minister and Home Secretary. Winning already! No wonder she cried as she resigned.
Dont forget Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil.
Those limeys could never stand up to a true Scotsman. Lol. And I dont even know what Johnson is. Lol.
If only President Trump had done the equivalent in the beginning.
It was a terrible idea to begin with
