I believe it’s pretty straightforward: U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (on Trade). Pretty darned easy to put that in the comments below the excerpt, I agree.
US Marine Corps Academy? But it's really not something the poster should need to do, any half-decent journalist should know to do that directly before or after the first mention of the acronym in the article itself.
