It will depend on how hard-nosed the DemonRats are. Worst case scenario - the burden of proof of non-ownership will fall on us. Losing it in a boating accident will not be an acceptable response. If it was stolen, where is the police report? If you sold or traded it to someone, provide the name and address of that individual.
Describe for me...."semi-auto military caliber rifle".... Thanks in advance!!
Any semi-auto rifle that is chambered for 5.56mm/.223 cal., 9mm, .30 cal, and 7.62/.308 cal.
And the paranoid among us suspect those boxes of old ATF-4473s may have already been digitized by the Deep State.
FBI stats show more homicides committed with “fists and feet” than shotguns and rifles combined...Time for glove and shoe control?
Everything I’ve purchased in the last eight years disappeared from my books when I sold it in a private sale. Although my State doesn’t require records be kept, I did. Unfortunately, all the buyers are now deceased. I don’t know what they did with what I sold them.
We MUST continually trash Democrats and convince people that they are, to a man and woman, the party of death and are, at basic, anti-American!
To vote for a Democrat is to vote against America!
Democrats mean to do us great harm!
I sold guns to people 40 years ago..don't even remember their names..or certainly don't know if they live in the same place.
Plus...I don't think I'm required to even list that info....
I have a .308 hunting rifle....And NO ONE is going to take it from me..NAUGHTHEAD!
Actually no. We are hoping the DemonRats will overlook what many on our side consider to be 1 of the most prevalent and useful should the SHTF.

Understood. But you have to shift your thinking to Bolshevik/DemonRat mode. Any firearm records that fall into the possession of the federal government potentially could put you on a list.
The Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act or Federal Assault Weapons Ban (AWB) was a subsection of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, a United States federal law which included a prohibition on the manufacture for civilian use of certain semi-automatic firearms that were defined as assault weapons as well as certain ammunition magazines that were defined as "large capacity".
The 10-year ban was passed by the US Congress on September 13, 1994, following a close 5248 vote in the US Senate, and was signed into law by US President Bill Clinton on the same day. The ban applied only to weapons manufactured after the date of the ban's enactment. It expired on September 13, 2004, in accordance with its sunset provision.
Who's to say how the DemonRats will define assault weapons (which we know means fully automatic) the next time around?
Good grief - I’m already on a bunch of ‘lists’ - do you think I give a rat’s ass if I’m on another one?
Nearly 25 years of active duty surely has me on at least two lists; member of the Legion and VFW - another list.
No we don't....!!!........
What do YOU consider an assault weapon?
Thank you for your service.
Ya think?
Read the Wikipedia summary of the 1994 NAWB I provided above. They were all semi-auto rifles/pistols/shotguns across all calibers/ gauges.
“Once they seize and convert ATF-4473s and FBI NICS records into a national firearm registry they will sic the IRS on those who dont voluntarily surrender their guns.”
Wow! That’s scary. How many divisions can the IRS muster?
Yep. Reminds me of the trip to see the inlaws at Lake Isabella, CA. On the return trip, cops at airport had a fit because of my AR15, auto sear, and can.
Anyways, I showed them my FFL/SOT and demonstration letter from Kern Co. Sheriff and they had to call a supervisor who was nice and let me go, well, because they HAD to.
Fat cop whom I made first contact with just had to get in the last word, he said: "One day someone like me is going to come and take that away from you"
To which I replied (as I pointed at him), "The day YOUR fat ass shows up at my door, then I'll know all the real cops are either dead or called in sick due to heavy losses".
You should have seen everyone's face. They are NOT used to being talked to by a citizen. Fun day!
FWIW all of my inlaws are out of CA and in CO, ID, WY, and TX.
