“Commie-Law” Harris only studied the law so carefully, you know, so she could find and exploit its loopholes.
Law is, by its very nature, prohibitive, telling people what is NOT permitted, spelling out the punishment for non-compliance. Almost every law ever written has been turned on its head by clever legal “experts”, sometimes by simply yelling, pointing fingers, and pounding on the table.

No, he wasn't flustered, he was answering very carefully. The questions Harris asked him were intended to trap him into saying the President broke the law or was at least unethical. He wouldn't bite.

I think Barr ought to tell Nadler and the democRATS that if they think he's acting as the president's personal attorney rather than the chief law enforcement officer of the country, then all information requested by them from here forward, is considered attorney-client privileged.

Since she wants the underlying evidence to be investigated, I guess Barr will simply have to investigate if any of the underlying evidence had been tainted and by whom and for whom. So if it comes out that Hillary leaning and Democrat influenced lawyers had been on or influenced the investigation, they must be charged with obstruction of justice and removed from their office.

One, the DOJ cannot investigate Trump without his permission. And Two, Kamala the supposed lawyer should know that even if Trump did issue such an order, it is completely legal.
The president is the head la enforcement official in America. He can start or stop a federal investigation.
He can overturn the result of one with the pardon. And he even holds the legal power to conduct it himself.

She kept interrupting his attempts to answer, and when she took a breath and he tried to use THAT lull as an opening to answer, she’d interrupt again and say she’d “moved on, to another question”. I read somewhere that the left has several contracted “think tanks” that develop and hone specific narratives that are then delivered to the Dems/media. Of course, since the truth would destroy their hopes/dreams/aspirations/plans, these narratives have to rest on a mountain of lies.
As everyone knows, it is hard to remember all the lies you tell, so it is no wonder that it takes a great number of people to keep up and track the lies. Without these “think tanks” the Dems/media would be unable to operate day after day.
Think of Dems/media as nothing but mouths that open and close robotically, with someone behind the curtain manipulating the strings, and a loud speaker playing the sounds. There is no thinking human mind connected.
