Did smallpox and influenza killed many hundreds of thousands, perhaps 80% of some villages and tribes?

Was it spread deliberately? No.
Not until the Revolutionary War by vaccinating the British and colonial soldiers - in the American and Canadian camps and cities near American population centers! And those early vaccines DID “incidentally” kill and sicken many of the soldiers who were vacinated.

The number of cases in Sweden of Leishmaniasis, a parasitic flesh-eating disease which can lead to death,
has doubled since the 2015 migrant wave.

transmitted by the bite of a female phlebotomine sandfly,” according to Medscape.

Most of the cases were found in people who had emigrated to Sweden or who had traveled in the countries
