Today in that hearing I could detect Barr’s disgust for the Dems. They didn’t help themselves today. They just pi$$ed him off more.

LOL. It’s been widely reported Huber didn’t interview anybody. Mueller had perjury traps, indictments, guilty pleas and felony convictions in months. It’s now going on 3 years since these Democrat crimes and the potentially criminal “investigation” is just starting.

There was a story in December of 2017 that Sessions had hired about a dozen lawyers to bring on board to the DOJ. At the time, some Freepers were hoping that that meant that outside guns were being assembled to conduct investigations. That cadre of lawyers may be the pool that Barr draws from. After a year, they would now know the ropes at the DOJ. [We can always hope!]

Congress already has the evidence. Phone logs, emails, text messages, testimony was the last thing of interest, because the evidence already had them all nailed down to the truth of their actions.
You’re quite right about 2020. Whose to say that the climb up to the top rung.. Offing an FBI agent would be a huge mistake. The real mob would not want the repercussions. A good example was Dutch Schultz wanting to kill DA Thomas Dewey. The mob took Schultz out.
