Never could figure out why she thought that was a proper or funny thing to say. I think it came out before she gave it any thought. I think her mind was reeling trying to figure out how she was going to get out of that mess without being blamed for putting that whole country in such a dangerous situation. Act - think later - to come up with a plausible excuse, that’s Hillary!!
