DiFi has no say anymore - especially in appointments - after her disgusting evil spectacle at the kavanaugh hearings. And Harris has zero credibility trying to fundraiser to become president, the only office shes ineligible to hold. Californication needs much much much more honest senators then these lying crooks!!

Democrats said the two men were too conservative.......
I still don’t know what that means even after hearing it for many years.

Someone needs go tell Jeff Flake to F himself - these judges would have been on the court last year if he hadn’t blocked them over the Mueller report of all the stupid things.

How about the full vote? And all of the other vacancies in the 9th Circuit and throughout the courts? Immediately filling these is the least McConnell and Republicans can do since they refuse to repeal/replace Obamacare, fix immigration, and so forth. At least fill the court vacancies!

They still get a say. They can say “no” when it’s time to vote on confirmation. They’re upset because Trump refuses to let them pick his nominees for him.

The 9th US Circuit Court covers 9 states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada Oregon, Washington
Why do Feinstein, Harris and Pelosi think they are the only ones that can approve judges that cover 9 states?
Rather intolerant and elitist of them...

<>We are seeing a new low, Sen. Dianne Feinstein said
Nope, you already hit rock bottom in the Kavanaugh hearings. But you're right, what goes around comes around.

Seats are informally considered to be the seat(s) allocated to this state or that state. The execrable blue slip procedure, as pertains to appellate seats, would apply to your states seats
