If little jussie really believes he is the victim, he should file a lawsuit against the Chicago P.D. for falsely accusing him of a crime. They did drop all charges...so looks to me like he has a good case.

It was the State Prosecutor who dropped the charges, not the P.D. I read a snip that his lawyers are thinking of suing the police, but for what? Doing their jobs? They exhausted all avenues looking for white perps, but couldn’t find any. The trail eventually led to the two body-builders, and through them...Smollett. I don’t think the State Prosecutor, or those on the left thought they would see so many blacks claiming preferential treatment for him. Even Rahm Emmanuel raised a stink, along with Jesse Jackson, who has never had any problem with blacks, including himself, committing crimes. I think they were hoping that President Trump would jump on the bandwagon, so they could trash him, or give the Dems another excuse to pursue impeachment. I put nothing past the Dems.
If not for this crime, I wouldn’t even know who he is.
Karma is a real SOB. It’ll hit Smollett hard. He won’t even know what hit him.
I doubt that. No murder. No trial (apparently).
