His disapproval rating is 52.
In the same poll, he trails 48-41 against ANY presidential candidate nominated by the Democratic Party.
Unless Trump starts to seriously and consequentially defend himself, this rodeo is over.
And what polls showed him beating HRC?

Democrat Nominee 48 - Trump 41
The "Vote For-Vote Against" poll had a 3% higher participation rate.

I posted on that subject a few days after the 2016 election.
From memory....
There were 15 national polls taken the weekend before the election.
Three of them showed Trump tied or winning the Popular Vote, which obviously did not happen.
In any event, 12 out of 15 polls fell within the margin of error, which was plus or minus 3%.
All of my poll data came from Real Clear Politics, which publishes almost every political poll that is taken in the USA.

Polls at this time are worthless.
It looks to me like he is doing pretty good, and Rasmussen’s shows him better than the WaPo poll, as you mentioned.
It’s too early to be that worried. The Dem field has to crystallize. Frankly, I’m hoping he holds off on attacks against people that will eventually not be running against him. It runs the risk of making him look petty or mean or whatever. Let the Dems eat each other and then come out cannons blazing.
