It's like calling out everything as "racism." When people got tired of that crap, they introduced "microaggressions of racism." That too has lost its luster and they are back to just calling everyone a racist. The "racist" moniker has gotten so bad, that if a white person says something about a black person (even if it is 100% correct), the white person is a "racist" for even mentioning the black persons shortcomings!!

Same thing with being called a "misogynist." Calling that ignorant twit Sandy Occasional-Cortex, anything other than "The Fair Lady from New York," is now considered to be misogynistic in nature. The fact that she is dumber than a box of rocks isn't part and parcel to the conversation, just the fact that you called a "her" bad words, makes you a misogynist! LOL!

It seems anytime a prominent gay person in NY has a newspaper interview, public get-acquainted session, or other publicity event, they go out of their way to let everyone know they are gay, such as making a point of referring to “my husband,” if the speaker is a male, or “my wife,” if the speaker is female. This is the in thing to do, if not mandatory.

So how come they’re not acting proud to be alluded to as the big wheels on the City Council? Isn’t this what Gay Pride and being “out” is all about? Why are they insulted?
