Why didn’t she go to the police? Because she led him on. You go to a man’s hotel room and you kiss him back. What did you think was going to happen. Tea?
The Post didn’t publish the story, because they were oh so concerned with corroboration and actual journalism standards?
Yet they had no problems piling on with Kavanaugh and those uncorroborated allegations.
They pee on our leg and tell us it’s raining.
Sometimes I think these people enjoy insulting our intelligence.
I’m sure she thought that she could hold the line against things getting out of hand.
Yes, some old fashioned common sense, such as not going to a strange man’s hotel room, would prevent a lot of these types of incidents.
A senior staffer for Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) said that Dr. Vanessa Tyson made the Senator
aware of her horrifying sexual assault allegations against Justin Fairfax 10 months ago
Senator Warner ignored the allegations
Now Scott has to resign too, because he filed to Believe The Woman.
Expect Bobby Scott to do something to follow through on a brutha?
Her PhD stupidity boggles the mind.
Ergo, Fairfax is the chosen one-----Most Likely to End Up Under the Bus.
Then hope like hell everyone forgets this by 2021. And of course, no one will.
And here's why democrats will back off Northam. Herring has already stated that wearing black face more than 30 years ago is unforgivable and cause for a Governor to be considered unfit for the office. Now HE'S admitted to the same 'high crime'.
democrats have imposed this cultural marxism called identity politics on us for years. It's great seeing them hoisted on their own petards.
So ... if a man kisses a woman and a woman kisses back ... that is permission for him to forcibly have sex with her? Really? A mutual kiss is a long way from first base to home run. While I agree he might TRY to take it further, force should not be used at any time.
I disagree. She went with him to his room because he said he had to pick up some papers.HE kissed her and she may have responded but realized she wanted it to go no further. She said,No.!That should have been the end but not for him.By your standard, Juanita Broadderick deserved to be raped.
Yes, she was naive to go to his room with him.....but in no way was her naivety a signal he could sexually assault her.
A superior man would not have taken advantage of her naivety.
Most men, unlike what crazed feminists say, are decent and will indeed back off if you tell them to. Most men don’t find it exciting to have a struggling, unhappy woman in bed with them.
I hope all 3 of them will resign. They need to be held to the same rules as Republicans; maybe (ha!) they’ll learn a lesson about making insane rules and then getting caught in them.
Right on, Liz.
Apple and oranges!!!!
With Kavanaugh the accuser had no details as to where and when. The accused said it never happened. The witnesses she named all said it never happened. So, by law, it never happened!
With Fairfax the accuser has detailed information as to where and when, as well as the actual assault. The accused admits he was the one named, but differs with the story. So, by law, something happened.
The question is simply was it consensual, or non-consensual.
Oh, I just cant wait til the femiNazis get ahold of Sen Warner brushing off Tyson’s allegations.
They’re gonna chew his gonads off.
Bobby Scott should resign.
