I caught some of Howie Carr the other day when Booker announced.
Carr said that a couple of days earlier, the Senate Ethics Committee broomed the complaint against Booker for his leaking of restricted information during the Kavanaugh hearings, basically taking away a knotty issue for the wannabe POTUS.
