I posted the picture to illustrate the design of the panels. It appears they can be set on flatbed trucks and moved anywhere they are needed. They are easily erected and secured with a footing of concrete. I can imagine a 20-man crew could put up a mile of 528 panels in a day. A force of 6000 troops could put up 300 miles in a day, if all the equipment is in place, ready for the SLAM, BAM, THANK YOU MAM!

They have been using bollards for about twenty years, with great results.
Installation rate depends on terrain. In hilly San Diego with poor/no existing road - 1 to 1 1/2 miles per month. In flat desert outside El Paso, almost a mile per week. In the Rio Grande Valley where they must put in massive FEMA certified hurricane flood levees as foundation for the bollards, we will have to see. Construction starts there this month (Feb).
Bollards are themselves filled with concrete - they can stop a speeding truck.
The spec for the foundations (for 18 footers) is at least six feet deep and two feet thick of reinforced concrete.
They where used to effect to slow us down as they mowed us down with machineguns. We still won.
Thats fine but don’t forget the concrete fortified “pill boxes” every 100 feet with machine guns manned 24/7 with clearance to fire on anyone attempting to breach the barriers.

I will only comment that IMHO the Democrat Party needs to rid itself very quickly of both Nancy Pelosi & Chuck Schumer, immediately. Neither has one ounce or iota of any leadership skills, quality of purpose, capability, effective agenda or decency.
Pelosi is insane, over the hill, envious & hateful. Schumer is a closet boy and, I do not mean gay...more like a “Mamma’s boy. POTUS, Trump has won...game over!!!
POTUS, Trump do not accept any deal that does not include your 5.7 Billion dollar request for funding the southern Border Wall. within six months, Democrat, Steny Hoyer will be the Democrat Speaker of the House!!!
Pelosi will resign on her own or, she will be thrown out by her own caucus.
