Biden is hanging around with Sharpton and making speeches accusing white Americans of being racist.
It sounds like he wants to get support from Sharpton for the Democrat Party presidential nomination.
He probably also promised that he would support reparations and promised Sharpton millions in pay offs.

They always use generalities and when ask to give some specific examples, they can't and then just call you a racist.

The Headline is incorrect, if you watch the video (and read the transcript in the tweet) Biden says “systematic racism”, NOT”systemic racism.”
The “correct” term is “systemic”, but Biden misspoke and said “systematic.” It seems like a small thing, but you can see that Yahoo needed to correct (and misstate) what Biden said.
If President Trump had misspoke in this way, it would be mentioned and it would not be “corrected” by Yahoo/Good Morning America.
