I seriously doubt they can spin this into collusion but I guess we’ll see.

It showed a motorcycle with two guys uniformed like Maduro’s, go through an alley, firing a shot. As it passed, about a half dozen people came out behind it firing handguns at it, and chasing after it, with one guy shouting in Spanish.
