That is still possible. But many such stories continue on where the cancer is removed, only it shows up again and again in different places and with a vengeance. If I am not mistaken, her health not too long ago was touted about how healthy she was and her working out / personal trainer ... not too long after that puff piece, she had a “fall” and now the story has quickly progressed to removal of tumorS on lungS. Politics aside, if she gets even worse soon, I would not be surprised. Surgery is harder to recover from with each passing year.

Your explanation makes sense, except the media and their lapdog demokraps in office won’t address it. Look at how the demokraps don’t have to explain how they used to vote for the Wall and now because Trump is POTUS and was elected on the Wall, they get to vote against it on newly discovered moral grounds.
GOP must not be afraid to exert power when they have it. Demokraps have been conditioned to expect the GOP to be weak.
