My doctor just recently told me, “no more pizza”. I’m thinking of getting my gravestone done in the shape of a couple of pizza slices.
Although there could have been some glaciation during the time that is missing during the Great Unconformity, I doubt it was one big ball of ice for 400 million years.
When was this guy Joe Schem writing? I thought the Ice Ages were around 100k apart not 40k, and only for about the last million years. The article said this covering by ice was half a billion years ago. I doubt Grand Canyon was covered by ice in these past million years.
