The problem with Flynn is that he was so afraid of the Democrats and neocons that he perceived a need to lie about his contacts with Russians. He should have told them, “I talked to the Russian ambassador about political issues and will do so again.”
Comey saw an opportunity to turn a lie to the media into a lie to the FBI. Thus the trap.

Flynn simply did not give the correct answer to a question at a time when he had no idea he was being graded on the questioner or that the questioning was a deliberate attempt to catch in a perjury trap

BUT SOMEBODY induced the regeneration of the interview 302 by Mueller et al in August 2017, you skunk.
So the comparison is not only moot, it’s deliberately deceptive.

It is normal for a judge to dismiss a case when that happens.
Muelller did not fully comply with the order of the judge. All bets are off at sentencing. Muelller and Co. may be next under investigation.

Muelller is implicated in having protected the Clinton Crime family and was tasked by Deep State Inc. to cover up the Obama and Clinton crimes and to take down outsider Trump.

Yes; turns out “the 302” isn’t the one from the initial questioning (which maybe they didn’t even FILE one), it was a 302 from when Stryok was interviewed ABOUT the interview.
