I remember the insanity brought about with the bombing of Serbs. Bosnia and Kosovo was full of horrors and full of Media lies.
It is unclear even now which side or both of them should be punished for war crimes. Arbour indicted and Carla del Ponte evidently prosecuted the cases. Remember, Carla del Ponte wrote a book after leaving the Hague which accused Hashim Thachi, who headed the KLA, of human organ harvesting and trafficking. Captured Serb civilians were said to have been the victims.
Justice? Nobody really knows with any confidence.

You are not that far from the truth. UN climate change offices are in Nairobi Kenya...you know how the third world is impacted most by global warming etc so these climate HQ are in Kenya as an act of solidarity. BUT the hilarious part is very few of the UN European workers want to live in Nairobi. So the recent head who just got fired, he allowed them to live in Europe and telecommute to the work in Nairobi. In my book telecommuting usually means a 2hr work day of paper shuffling. Yes some telecommuting jobs are real jobs in private industry.
