I am not a lawyer, but I think that that would be a violation of Trump’s oath of office, unfortunately, unless an (ahem) criminal conspiracy was uncovered by legitimate means!
Michelle might be trolling Trump to get him to go after the BC issue again because Dems know Trump might not get re-elected without lots of Black votes!
Trump might need to be careful until after 2020.
