Provisional ballots are not normally counted unless the results are very close.
Correct.
We will see action on this quickly.
Very likely.
NO. Expose em and charge em. Try um and Convict them.
Sounds like they already have.
That is the ComDem Way.
Wonder if they use Soros owned voting machines?
In 2000, there were suits, and the issue ended up at SCOTUS who made the decision for Bush.
I suppose these contests/suits could go that far, too. True? I’m not sure. If so, I feel we’re in good shape, as the Rats have violated so many rules in election code.
These people make me ill.
Saddam did it.
“Scott is the governor, so why is he allowing Broward County officials to violate the law.”
And why didn’t he prosecute, or at least boot out, Brenda Snipes as Elections Supervisor in Broward after her 2016 voter fraud (proven).
And why didn’t he boot out Sheriff Israel in Broward after his failings in the Parkland shooting?
What the hell has he been doing. Broward always has been a problem, he knew it, and he didn’t fix it.
“Provisional ballots are not normally counted unless the results are very close.”
I guess that depends on each state’s statute. In Alaska we verified every provisional / challenged ballot. The one that were legit were counted without fail.
What percent were legit? We don’t have many. Most are not legit.
“What percent were legit?”
Most ballots were legitimate. Most were simply a case of people moving but not changing their address in the voter roll because they never thought to do it. We just had to verify the new address, and that their names had been on the list.
But that was the early ‘80s; so much has changed since then. Every day, Satan is working more and more overtime. Lying is the rule now instead of the exception.
True that.
I understand that it might take some ‘time’ to verify provisional ballots, but isn’t this article about ‘counting’ of ‘accepted’ ballots ?
In my state, you fill out the ballot and it goes into a machine that counts it. At the end of the day (Nov. 6) the machine has the total count. What are these people in FL counting ?
“What are these people in FL counting ?”
What we counted after an election were provisional / challenged ballots and Absentee ballots that were paper.
Until the polls closed on Election Day, shut-ins, hospitalized, etc., could vote Absentee. A volunteer — usually League Of Women Voters (whom I don’t trust) — would take the ballot to the voter, then brought back the completed ballot.
Those Absentee Ballots, Absentee Ballots received in the mail on Election Day, provisional ballots, ballots that were kicked out of the computer because they had bent corners, “hanging chads”, etc., were duplicated by Facsimile Board members and then run a couple days later.
The amount of ballots Broward is talking about is completely IMPOSSIBLE. They’re being created.
