Seems to me the only “crisis” is that these incompetent bums are still around. Well, they are employees of the DoJ, an agency of the Executive, so the POTUS is their boss, they serve at his pleasure. He’s not pleased to have them stay on, then they no longer serve. “Crisis” averted, very simple.

Huber does not recommend to rosenstein. He is a DOJ prosecutory who has seated a Grand Jury, to which he recommends indictments. It does not and did not sift through rosensteins hands. It DID sift through Sessions. Not rosenstein’s purview or bailiwick— rosenstein is NOT privy to the National Security Division prosecutor— Huber. Which is why DiGenova does not know what is being done— it isn’t in any docket in DC where DiGenova has friends. Just sayin- if am wrong, will acknowledge it. This was structured by Sessions—from whom all things were NOT handed to rosenstein— rosenstein was acting AG in regards to the “russia, russia” mueller investigation, from which rosenstein’s new boss- Whitaker has NOT been “recused”. The poop is hitting the mechanical air mechanism for rosenstein and mueller.
What DiGenova IS knowledgeable about... would be perhaps (though technically she shouldn’t discuss with him) his wife, Victoria Toensing’s client, the DOJ/ Senate intel whistleblower who knows all about Warner’s lies and security leaks(who is, frankly, lucky to still be alive, hopefully with security with him 24/7 to avoid Brennan’s wet work DC teams working off “company” free lancing).
