This argument is so facile that you really can’t “argue against it”. There is no argument to be made.
I’ve tried the “were you a non-entity before 2016”, and they just don’t understand. POinting out that no federal agency had interpreted the specific title 9 clauses the way they want until Obama did it a few years ago makes no sense to them; noting that the entire argument is about “sex” not “gender identity” means nothing.
And when you point out that there is no actual piece of information ANYWHERE about this, because the entire thing was some supposed “leak” of a memo that nobody has seen, that was then reported about in a newspaper that did not see the memo — well, that just proves that it is real, and that it does everything they say it did, and you can’t prove otherwise because you haven’t seen the memo.
You can sometimes win a point by asking them why they want their very existance to depend on the federal government taking a policy position on a college regulation, if you phrase it as “at least we could both agree that we don’t want the government sticking it’s nose in our bedrooms, right”? When they agree, you then point out that their entire agument is about them depending on government to define their existance.
Can he/she do the blasey ford voice because that really helps show weakness.
Because trans = “fake”, there’s nothing *to* erase, as the defacto “existence” of anything fake is non-existence.
The *trans*lation of the dramascreed is, “Help! Try as I might, my fake reality isn’t usurping reality.”
Freaks like this need to keep the over-the-top drama in their community college theater class.
Sounds like he erased his own identity.
