No way American air is going to strike Turkish troops, as part of a deliberate operation. Any American aid would have to be covert/through third parties.

I never inferred US air strike.

There are other weapons that are levelers for their air force.

I assure you the battle over Efrin is not finished. There are still a lot of ISIS that need killing in Efrin. Same with Nusra. It is running 10-15 per week now.

Turkey? Short of Erdo going away, or a financial collapse? I guess we are stuck with playing that they are not what they are.

“There are still a lot of ISIS that need killing in Efrin.”

That is the truth.

And there are other countries that want them dead as well. I imagine that Iraq for one, is still pretty sore, and would not want ISIS running up and down the Euphrates River.

Ideologically, many ISIS followers/sympathizers won’t really feel that their cause is lost, until Dabiq is taken from them.

Dabiq is a small town East of Azaz, NE of Marea, which has a large role in ISIS apocalyptic prophecy. The ISIS magazine was named Dabiq. The Turkish Army is keeping it safe for them now, and letting them visit.

It is also pretty much right in the way from Kobane and Afrin City.

Erdo is totally on the side of repeating the Great Evil (genocide).

I have nothing but contempt for him and his jihadi’s. He did absolutely nothing to eliminate ISIS. He sheltered them.

He “wanted” for US to commit 10-20,000 troops to do what we did with the help of the Kurds and their allies.

Erdogan wanted the US to be in Vietnam again, but in the Middle East. He wanted to waste our resources and lives and spill our blood all over the region for him to become Sultan.

Yes, Obama told him he could have it. Beginning with Syria. (no, I don’t defend Assad).

Yes, I strongly support our Kurd friends. It will remain that way with me regardless of the outcome from here.
