I agree. Sen. Schumer seems to be trying to move the goal post for FBI investigation of Judge Kavanaugh by changing job of FBI from presenting only raw data to drawing a conclusion.

I agree. Five minutes before the senate votes a quick briefing on the highlights of nothing found would be good.
After Kav is confirmed the highlights on the communist dems wrongdoing during this process should also be given to the senate so those who know they will be under intense scrutiny going forward can decide to quit and run away (hopefully out of the country) or they can stay and go to prison.

This was a non-federal crime case and the only way they would have jurisdiction is if the AG or President requested it. The President requested it and the final report goes to him. He may then send it on to whomever he wishes - or no one - as I see it!
