I had a talk with Ben Carson one time at an event, about how advisors to underprivileged youth need to place emphasis on marriage and saving themselves for marriage, and he not only agreed, but said he had only ever been with his wife. They are a lovely couple and have great children. He was falsely accused of sexual harassment by a gold digging drama queen one time when he was head of surgery at the premier hospital Johns Hopkins, and her claims quickly went up in smoke because he lives the values he preaches. IIRC, the Baltimore Sun even printed a quote from him that he had only ever been with one woman, his wife.
