It amounts to a regression to Trial by Ordeal at its worst. “We will throw you in the river. If you swim, you’re a witch and will burn. If you drown, you’re innocent.” I’m sure he can fill in the spare time afforded by party-slut Ballsy-Ford’s non-show most eloquently, all the while showing to all but the willfully blind why he must sit on the Bench of SCOTUS.
