The left is obsessed with symbols. Everything is a symbol in their world. What you meant, or didn’t mean, by a word or gesture doesn’t matter. You were associated with a symbol and you’re guilty.
In the tangled mass of misfiring neurons known as the liberal “mind” every White is racist, and every action, utterance and motion by a White is evil and racist.
I’ve always interpreted that gesture as “OK”, “I’m with ya”, “Good job” or “Way to go”. Who knew it was objectionable to weenies and snowflakes?
