All theater to insulate case from appeals.
This is a criminal case. Prosecutors don't get to appeal when they lose. Defendants found innocent are protected from Double Jeopardy.
Manafort trial Day 8: Judge concedes fault after Mueller protest, Airbnb exec takes the stand

Mueller’s dozen and half sore loser Dems filed in two jurisdictions against Manafort.. I’’m not a fan of Manafort for his work with the. Pro-Russia Party of Regions in Ukraine but that’’s garbage.
So if Mueller and his douche Andrew Weizman, what effect, if any, will it have on the other case?
The other case is going to be heard before a jury in DC. IMHO, Manafort has already lost that case. The fix is in on that one.
Well, that disqualifies Mueller and Rosenstein
No one should tolerate WITNESS colluding, associating or conferring before testifying in court...or else the veracity of their testimony should be in question; sic inadmissable. I am hoping the Judge does in this case what so many Democrat Judges have done to protect their own; that is deny documents, testimony etc being admitted into evidence. No evidence; no conviction. Double jeopardy then enters the picture; end of case; end of Mueller falsifying a case against DJT
The accused sits in solitary while the prosecutors can’t handle a few unkind words from a cranky judge.
Like no-one knows the case is “Dubious”.
They want to replace this judge with one that will do there bidding.
Mueller must have ben expecting the Amy Berman Jackson treatment: Confine the defendant in solitary in chains; no defense allowed; the hanging/desecration of the corpse, then a quick reading of the charges before a directed verdict of guilty.
Bwahahahahahahaha
The RAT is CORNERED....he is more dangerous now!
I thought Muleface had turned this over to a NY District office!
I thought Muleface had turned this over to a NY District office!
Tomorrow’s Headline: Ellis being held in solitary confinement after Mueller’s spies found him following a Russian Agent on his Twitter!
But what happens if the jury convicts and the judge overturns based on the prosecution failing to produce compelling evidence (i.e., no reasonable jury would convict based on the evidence presented)?
In that case, does the prosecution have an appeal over the judge's ruling? Isn't Mueller trying to set up the case that the judge was predisposed to be biased against him, as evidenced by all the pre-trial comments about Mueller's attempt to use Manafort to get Trump, his demand to see the secret authorizing memo, and his comments to the prosecutors during the trial?
Isn't Mueller going to appeal for a mistrial based on the judge's conduct and have the whole case tossed?

Wow, a cranky judge. Who’d a thunk it.
He obviously is just mad that this is one judge that doesn’t seem to be in his pocket.
