Whoa - you were all over this lol. I didn’t see that. I notice that the president told us to stay tuned on his last tweet. Me thinks something might be happening.

Now if the plane were to blow up with all that crapola on it, I would be suspicious.

Is this the plane that NIKK posted about?

I’m assuming it is.

So is the DOJ/FBI going to do something with all this stuff or bury it so we never see it?

Can’t help it, I’m cynical!

I've never heard of Wegman's..looks like they're located in New York? When I was in New York last December we ate at Junior's and had really good cheesecake there. I think the restaurant was on 45th street.

The suspiciously simultaneous censorship of Infowars by Google, Apple, Facebook came just one week after U.S. Senate intelligence committee hawk Mark Warner (D) circulated this policy paper threatening new regulation against those same media companies: https://graphics.axios.com/pdf/PlatformPolicyPaper.pdf …

OMGosh, this is just too delicious, won’t end well for the SC Mueller team.

The Judge Ellis won’t like this at all.

Crybaby weenies!!!!

John Basham
‏ ...18h.... Yesterday 8/8/18 The @TheJusticeDept had a Boeing 757-223 tail number N119NA in Little Rock, AR. A local radio station reported #DOJ employees were loading boxes of documents into the plane. Important to note @ClintonFdn located there... Thoughts?

Flight Path and Registration of @TheJusticeDept Boeing 757-223 Registration: N119NA. From Little Rock back to DC Area.

Valiant....Significant seizure of documents with a search warrant. To bring a plane in is something I never saw in my 16 years unless it was my squad bringing evidence back from a foreign county i.e Liberia, Rwanda etc... I believe there’s an equivalent to Huber working this there.

The docs are down there, kinda like Obama’s administration docs @ at his library that hasn’t even broken ground. Was there a few weeks ago with @Crowdsource getting thoughts from people. The computers R of interest to me. I WISH I WAS STILL WORKING THIS. #ReinstateRobynGritz

JMZ....

I can confirm that AG Sessions was in LR Wednesday, 8/1/18.

Realitycheck....Little Rock FBI’s special agent in charge Diane Upchurch has all but smothered the investigation which at one point was focusing on money laundering and other financial-based crimes, FBI officials said.

Roy....@realDonaldTrump Whats up with this? Is all the evidence Mullers Team has been cleaning up being loaded up to disapear??? Plane should be borded by US Martials & checked!

Rightwinger.....Where it went next is the real story. New York, Washington or Salt Lake City?

DAN.....And its back today..

Victoria....

Dan....It landed about 20 mins ago - was over Memphis when I saw it. Just search tail No. N119NA about once an hour. Not sure how longs it's going to be on the ground. Imagine 3-5 hours.

MEGA....It says it landed in Wisconsin when I looked it up

Dan.....flightaware shows that, but that data was from a flight on Thursday May 31st, 2018. And did you see the route it took?

MEGA.....Idk nothing to out of the ordinary when your avoiding summer storms.. I messaged my friends at the FAA hoping they'll be able to clarify it for me.
What's weird is the filed mileage of the flight plan was 959 miles.. If you Google the miles from Richmond VA to Little Rock AK it's 961 miles.. Coincidence?

just grabbed this from flightradar24 - this was the flight I was watching today. It has playback history for today for the tail #

Manafort trial Day 8: Judge concedes fault after Mueller protest, Airbnb exec takes the stand
Prosecutors say a back and forth over an expert witness in front of the jury could have left a negative impression in their minds.

The federal judge overseeing the Paul Manafort trial conceded Thursday morning that he made a mistake in chastising special counsel Robert Mueller’s prosecutors a day earlier in front of the jury.

Addressing the jurors before prosecutors called their first witness of the day, U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis said he “may well have been wrong” on Wednesday when he slammed the Mueller team for allowing an expert witness from the IRS to remain in the courtroom while other witnesses were testifying.

They started in New York; we stopped at one in Corning years ago. Family-owned, many here in the greater Philly area I guess you’d call us, some up in NJ, opening in DC. Just a terrific place with the best prices, freshest food. I hate grocery shopping but love to go there. I think they’ve been named best grocery store in the US.

Stunned me during the romaine scare. When I checked they said if I had bought any of the contaminated romaine they would have called me! They took all theirs off the shelves but none was from the affected area. When it came back they said it was all from Arizona. They keep a very tight watch on all their suppliers, inspect regularly.

TechnoFog....The basis for the motion is that Judge Ellis:
1) Agreed that the Special Counsel's expert could observe the trial.

2) Admonished the Special Counsel for then having its expert observe the trial.

Here is the interaction from the transcript.
Special Counsel moved to exclude all witnesses, except for their expert and case agent.

Judge Ellis: "I will grant the motion to exclude witnesses."

TFog.....The expert testifies, and Judge Ellis is surprised that he was in the courtroom all through the trial.

Judge Ellis admits here that maybe his instructions weren't quite "clear."

Recall, the Judge said "I will grant the motion to exclude witnesses."
He didn't state that he made exceptions, but the Special Counsel made an understandable assumption.

MEBIER.....Sounds to me like a cheap trick on the part of the prosecution. The Judge may have allowed the "expert witness" to remain in the courtroom assuming it would be until his direct & cross examination, but not for the duration of the trial, which would be outside of normal procedure.

OM....Oh man, if you thought Ellis was pissed at SC before, wait until he sees this.

Pondering.....I have had to testify as a witness before. I am to remain outside to courtroom until my testimony. After the attorneys are finished with me then I am allowed to remain in room.

Keith.....The judge is playing a game. He intentionally left out the expert in his discussion. What is it they say about assuming.

VolCat.....The judge is a better jurist than most. I'm a fan.

Christine.....The way I read the first doc the Judge initially said witness may stay however; whenvthe witness was named and his IRS link mentiined judge says no witnesses the sit in court.

NovPaC.....Never assume....

MASS.....WTH! Mueller is so full of himself that he is now trying to humiliate the Judge!

TD.....This is not good, it means they have more room to go after the judge he F#cked up.

Sounds like a nice place to shop. I'm in the middle of the country. Not complaining since we do have good produce here.
