I think Paul is nuts to vote against. But id like to see the east coast RCC/Jewish/Ivy iron triangle broken. Most of America has nobody on the court.
That used to be no big deal. But it does now that it’s a political court, not a law based court.

He wants to be reelected for his seat and it being Alabama I think he may cross over and vote yes.

Nat review and Weakly std have been pushing for hardiman/kathlege along with McConnell. Letting RINO’s , traitors,establishment, nevertrumpers , a few decent conservatives along with breitbart all play along just means that somebody did a good job to organize the propaganda campaign. I don’t think it will be a difficult confirmation.
