Trump would be incredibly stupid not to include leftists on his list of prospective choices for USSC replacements.

Listing a Tranny Judge is brilliant.

Great article, Allan.

All should note that 25th anniversary of the Foster homicide is coming up in a few weeks. And if indeed it was a homicide - as the large preponderance of evidence indicates - it is important to note that there are NO statutes of limitations on capital offenses. The implications of this should and could be mind-boggling!

Awesome.

Except when you cut it off randomly, and force FR readers to read your own work at another link instead of here. That is the very definition of blog pimp and/or click bait. Doesn't matter who you are.

I started seeing mentions of Brett Kavanaugh almost immediately after the announcement of Kennedy’s retirement, which suggests he’s campaigning for the position.

Not necessarily. The Trump people had prepared a list of 25 people for potential SCOTUS appointments way back before Trump was sworn in, knowing that they would have Scalia's seat to fill immediately. Gorsuch was nominated and confirmed. Aside from that, the list hasn't changed, as far as I know. Kavanaugh was on it before and is still on it now.

What you heard are repetitions of same of the names on the original list.

Howdy OK,

I’m not sure what their copyright regulations are and suspect that is the reason people only post tiny intros to American Thinker Articles. I had an article published there years ago, and they do not accept any material that has been published anywhere else. These days I just post on my own blog.

But the writers and articles for American Thinker are carefully vetted. It has among the highest writing standards.

If that’s not worth a click to you, that is your choice ;)

Doesn’t make him right

He’s lost in the nineties and is ignoring a solid judicial history

Kavanaugh is on the DC Court, which is considered ideal for training SC justices.

No one from the North East down through Virginia, or who has an Ivy League law degree, should be considered at all.

This isn’t the only article I’ve seen raising serious questions about Kavanaugh. There seems to be more than enough uncertainty about him to demand that some one else get the nomination. We cannot make a mistake with this pick like we’ve done so frequently in the past.

We can add Seth Rich’s and Ron Brown’s murder (as many claim) to that as well. Both need to be properly investigated for once and the guilty found and prosecuted.

Hiding the truth isn’t an option any more since the RATs are sinking with their ship of Liberal treasonous fools.

Comments from anyone who has researched any or all three murders?

He’s linking to his own work

Allan Favish is a credible conservative writer, linking to his own work at a credible conservative site. Are you suggesting American Thinker is a blog site?

We should have more like him on FR.

And he should be able to direct traffic there; his publisher will see the interest, and their analytics will reflect the traffic from FR. He will be successful. That's not a bad thing.

Except when you cut it off randomly, and force FR readers to read your own work at another link instead of here.

No one is forcing you to do anything. You're free to click the link to American Thinker, or not. I'm curious to know who you think pays professional authors for their work, or what right they have to say where it is seen. Most mainstream organizations have hordes of lawyers preventing even excerpting from their sites. Why not support a good guy?

That is the very definition of blog pimp and/or click bait. Doesn't matter who you are.

If that's your attitude, good luck getting anything but vanities on FR.

Conservatives only, please.

What you heard are repetitions of same of the names on the original list.

Actually what I heard were numerous sources saying Kavanaugh was the front runner for Kennedy's position, with no other names mentioned.

Indicates a lobbying effort to me.

Considered ideal by whom?

I'd just as soon toss out the Washington playbook and have Trump make a pick based on his own instincts.

The more people keep pushing Kavanaugh the less I like him.

Clarence Thomas and Scalia were from the DC Court, but so were Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg and John Roberts. I’m with you in initially disqualifying anyone from the East Coast. No to Kavanaugh.

Thanks for this, Allen. Verrrry interesting. I’d like to live to see actual justice in the Foster case and I admire you for everything you’ve done in that direction for all these years. I’d like to hope this removes him from Trump’s short list.

(Not sure which gender Kavanaugh switched from if “he” was at meetings back then, and is still a “he.” I just can’t keep up.)

Thank you for your post of clarity for these blog Police weenies here. When FR began, mainstream news sources were the Information Bible and all other sources (“blogs”) were looked down upon. Things have changed. We need to actively discredit and ignore the propaganda media, and pay attention to the more trivialized or struggling sources of info. Until they prove themselves equally untrustworthy.

Today an FR reader should be discerning enough to consider sources and make up their own minds. We don’t worship at the knee of any media source.
