Last couple days I’ve seen a lot of protest, demonstration vids posted by Iranians on Twitter. Many, many videos posted of what is happening there right now.
I wish these people were armed. These horrible Mullahs and their religious police would be long gone.

It is very unlikely that he just stumbled into such results.
He has been talking about running for President for decades - basically his whole adult life. I think it is likely that he talked with his father about it as a child. He has actually been seriously planning to run for president for decades as well - and part of that is planning his policies.
In 2000, when he was very seriously preparing for a potential run, he published the book “The America We Deserve”, which is in the format of an election year policy layout for a candidate. His North Korea strategy was laid out then, but likely developed over a long period before that.
My suspicion, is that one of the key elements in Trump’s success as President, is due to the fact that he knows what really drives the people he is dealing with - no illusions.
In addition to pushing the right buttons, he first sets up the conditions for the outcome he wants, lining up all the leverage, before forcing a decision. Deliberate strategy, based on realistic assessments.
His recent tweet to Harley Davidson (yesterday) about moving production offshore in response to European tariffs, was that they were premature, because the Europeans won’t actually be imposing those tariffs. Apparently, he has his game plan already worked out, and figures that the outcome is pre-determined, due to leverage that will be applied.
A lot of it seems to be based on controlling the money flows, rather than arguing with people.

From what I see from my Muslim friends who came over here with the over throw of the Shah (who listen to Rush, vote hard core Republican, don’t go to mosques.) just want to ban the lunatics. (I.e. vetting)
