I don’t understand how they make money to begin with, unless it’s through their overpriced food ($28 for a pork chop!). Go to Google Earth and take a look at it from the street ... the building is only about 1,000 square feet, and you could hardly fit a couple of SUVs in the street on the side of it.
Take photos of all who enter the restaurant.
The owner did this refusal of service with extreme malice. She was called by employees and came down to the restaurant to verify it before kicking her out.

Nothing was terrible but nothing was great
Food was mediocre on our plates
Seems to me they rest on their past rep
The menu is old lacking any pep
Now that the owners who all wear P***Y hats
See the pix here to see that’s a fact
Want to take a stand and refuse to serve
Someone they disagree with raw raging nerve
So they can alienate half of their crowd
And when sales fall will scream out loud
My job is done, see you all later
Enjoy the prosperity and not be a Trump hater
The point of the tome was to show there is choice
And everyone here has an equal voice
Surprised to see a lot of support
While laughing at others who are not good sports

The problem is that Yelp will clear those reviews - all of them. The solution? Go back and write another one star review, but not during the week that they got political. Next week or next month, go back and talk about their grumpy service and the cold, bland food, once Yelp’s cleanup crew is done protecting these thugs. The restaurant should die, but that’s something that will take a year, not a week. It’s already on my calendar for July and again for August.

Area residents of Lexington Va. should find out whether or not any of the following restaurants all of which are withing walking distance of the Red Hen are conservative friendly or not.
this is the way to punish them start dining at all or some of their competitors,it will slowly drive them out of business.

Send a message to the Lexington Chamber of Commerce and tell they why you won’t be visiting their town and surrounding area. We like to do 4 day w/e trips to explore new places and Lexington was on the list. It isn’t anymore.
