It’s a pretty good investment for him. He knows he can buy Congressional seats— he’s done it before. Couldn’t buy the Presidency (Hillary), but as a businessman (an evil one, sure, but a successful one) he knows you win some, you lose some. He’s in it for the long haul. And in the Blue states, he’ll win.

Anyone know the mechanics of how guys like Bloomberg free up these millions in order to spend them. Does he have 80 mill lyin around?

So let me see if I have this right. D’nesh Desuza spends $28,000 on an election and ends up a convicted felon and get 8 months in jail. Michael Bloomberg spends $80,000,000 and that’s just hunky dory. OK, got it.
