I was a little depressed when Trump said he would sign amnesty bill, but past experience with him (art of the deal) tells me that he will put America first.

TRUMP loses me with approval of any form of AMNESTY.
My God has everyone forgotten what the Simpson-Mazzoli ACT (Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986) fiasco brought us during Reagan and for decades after??????
Just look at the state of the foreign country(state of Mexifornia) right here within our USA borders!!! Chain migration is flushing this once great nation right down the drain. Go ahead and call me a racist and a xenophobe - if it fits fine with me - I am proud of my distant European ancestors who FOUNDED this nation on moral principles. Without this bedrock this self governance cannot succeed, and you are witnessing that ever since the sexual revolution of the 1960s with that generation now running pretty much everything.

Didn’t know that “conservatives” can be triggered so easily.
How many times down this road have we’ve seen this?
1. “Sources” say Trump is gonna do something.
2. Certain “Freepers” go nuts and fly off the handle. Start to aggressively sew the seeds of dissent (AKA: “Oh woe is me” hyperbole).
3. Trump plays the MSM/LIBS/Globalists/Never Trumpers for fools.
4. “Freeper” agitators look like IDIOTS.
5. Rinse and repeat.

Maybe it is OK if Rep. Luis V. Gutiérrez (D-Ill.Mexico) is against it.
Partner, is this guy Gutierrez a foreign born American or was he born in the good ole USA.
I have noticed that folks that are from Mexico, Latin America, or South America and become American are so vocal about our Constitution and policies all because they are foreign born Americans.
Maybe he is an Illegal Alien.
We need a Southern Border Wall solid from San Diego to El Paso and then we need a solid wall from El Paso to Brownsville. We can go without a wall in the Big Bend National Park area but we should police this area.
We will not accept anything less than this requirement.

Here's ANOTHER SOURCE:
JUNE 15, 2018 President Trump Will Veto Moderate Immigration Proposal
Trump heard conservative criticism of the proposal on TV, according to senior Republicans, and swatted the proposal down. Im looking at both of them, Trump told Fox & Friends in an interview Friday morning from the White House lawn.
I certainly wouldnt sign the more moderate one.
Hours later, the president added to the confusion with a tweet that demanded provisions that the compromise bill seemingly includes. Any Immigration Bill MUST HAVE full funding for the Wall,
end Catch & Release, Visa Lottery and Chain,
and go to Merit Based Immigration.
Go for it! he wrote.
The upshot, at least as of Friday afternoon, was that the president dealt a potentially fatal blow to the bill.
Breitbart reported yesterday that the compromise didnt address the presidents four pillars, and made no mention of the border wall;
Politico reports that the bill funds the wall, but with concessions on President Trumps four pillars.
Those pillars are: a pathway to citizenship for DACA recipients,
an end to the diversity visa lottery program,
curbs on family migration
and $25 billion for the border wall.
The president has indicated a willingness to compromise on DACA, but must have ironclad guarantees on border security that moderate Republicans have not delivered.
We warned yesterday that this would be dead on arrival, and the president confirmed that in todays interview.
