What this report did was examine the investigation, not what was being investigated. And it continued the inclusion of intent in Section 793(f)(1), which does not require such - and backed Comey re-writing the law to require such. So this report is just as corrupt as Comey in letting Hillary off the hook.

* Comey claimed that he didn't know Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin were married when he was told about the 347,000 Clinton-related e-mails.

* IG concluded that James Comey violated long-standing DOJ policy, usurped the authority of the Attorney General, and inaccurate described the legal position of DOJ prosecutors during his infamous July 5 press conference.

* The IG found that Obama was "one of the 13 individuals with whom Clinton had direct contact using her clintonemail[.]com account." Now we know why Clinton was never going to be charged with anything related to her secret e-mail scheme.

* Obama knew about Hillary's secret e-mail scheme, because she e-mailed him using her private address.

* IG found that on numerous occasions, COMEY used a personal GMail account to conduct official FBI business,
