During the Balkans War in the 1990’s, when Bill Clinton was president, Weasley Clark wanted a British general to order his troops to attack Russian military personnel at a Russian air base.
To his credit, the British general told Weasley Clark, “Sir, I’m not going to start World War III FOR YOU!
