I’m pretty sure you heard right and it’s why very little gets done, it’s government work. Pathetic!

Good move!
Now let’s see if McConnell has the ability to get the legislation passed that’s long over due.

Mcconnell lied last august and said they would stay and shut down on August 4th.

Sometimes I wonder if these Swampsters have any clue how much they are detested. But then I realize they probably do, but don’t really care. They are concerned only with pleasing their donor-owners so that they can enrich themselves.
Odious creatures.

They’ll suspend their campaigns to deal with the people’s business. That worked great for McCain in ‘08.

Let them leave. As long as there is a quorum the Senate can continue to do business. Even better if many of them left.

I dont always agree with him, but sometimes McConnell does things that are super. That sums up how I feel too...

Partner, Paul Ryno will help the Rats and the corrupt far left right arm of the Rat party by having amnesty for the Illegals. Paul Ryno followed the drunkard John Boehner as Speaker of the People's house. Paul Ryno thinks there were no spies initiated by the FBI since Trey Gowdy who wanted Paul Ryno as the Speaker and now we know the whole story. These 2 have sold themselves out to K-Street, U.S. Chamber of Business, and the Lobbyist (His inlaws own a $500 Million dollar lobbying company in D.C.
All Freepers and all decent Americans should be really upset at what is going on in D.C. right now. It is so shameful to have these idiots as our Pubbie Leaders.
The People's House should demand that Paul Ryno resign now!!!

Wrong way to look at it. The Senate NEVER goes into full recess to prevent any president from recess appointments. Obama tried this and the R senate had a “pro tempore” status in which just one senator needs to be there to stop any recess appointment.
McConnell is using this to force all of the judges through.
But even without the judges, it is unreasonable to think that any Majority Leader will voluntarily reduce the power of his institution by allowing recess appointments. It’s just the way of Washington, forever.
