Somehow, I dont see Kim agreeing to this. Me either...which makes a hardliner like Bolton's motive for blabbing about it, suspect.

Bolton is making a mistake laying down terms in public. Gets him good press, but these negotiations need to be private.

Maybe Putin was just lending him a few to play with so as to put pressure on the USA.
I think Trump would be very pissed if the nukes that were handed over has russian or chinese markings and components all over them.

The seismic events were due to the testing of ‘bombs’. But were they nukes ?
As for the radiation leaks, that was my point. Do you have a resource that has documented radiation leaks from that site ?
