Fire these useless government “workers”. What lazy bums.
If they down load unauthorized apps replace the smart phones with old dumb phone models.
There are enterprise apps that can control this. Dam stupid government again.
How many of those employees we heard about watching porn all day are still working? None of them? All of them? People want to know. 😀
I said the same thing about illegal immigration years ago and it is still true today. 😀

When I started working for the DoD as a civilian, I also had to pass the Army PT test.
My friends thought that was hilarious. Especially me chugging like an old steam engine around the two mile track. I made it well within the time but I was not a happy camper.
Apparently the jobs these federal employees do or don’t do are not really necessary.
