NO, it is a potential "big deal" that will matter if and only if there are serious long-term verifiable results, i.e., no nukes and no long range missiles in NK.

Until then, it is a hopeful sign that POTUS Trump is on the right track, but there is no "big deal" until there truly is a "BIG DEAL" that is enforceable and verifiable.

Kindly keep in mind that we have been played as yo-yos by North Korean leaders for decades. Carter, Clinton, GW Bush, Obozo....... Trump is different, of course, but it is absurd to count our chickens before a real deal is done, enforced, and verified. There are many ways NK can still derail this or try to evade.

Think about how this could be played out. Kim comes to U.S. for visit and we pick his brain about where he sees his Nation in 10 or 20 years. We put a team together to make it happen. All disciplines to substantially improve the quality of life in NK. Kim gets all the credit. American corporations commit to building factories and infrastructure to help improve their way of life.
