It’s a big reason why I take steps to ensure my self-defense. When I’m on the road in central Nevada where a cop is nearly guaranteed to be over an hour away, calling 911 is pretty worthless. When crackhead Bob is kicking in your back door, a cop on the phone doesn’t keep your family safe. Suing the cops because dispatch gave them the wrong address never works, either.
