Not unusual with those high on PCP. The trick with them is to keep them calm until you can get them contained and restrained. Otherwise you’re off to the races.

They just want to be rid of him. Why warehouse him on their dime when they can kick him out?

One can’t help but ask:
Is Kimmy Kimmel moved to tears -— to the point of shedding them, after several hours, on a national broadcast -—
by the failure of politicians to outlaw altered mental states, fists, and aggressive behavior?
If not, I would recommend looking for a reasonable explanation why.

He then pulled the two officers to their feet in an extraordinary display of strength, prosecutor Henry Fitch said, before punching PC Collins again.
“Geez, what did Collins do to Fitch?”
Extra humor points from an ol’ editor.

I just think that there's funny."
I am kinda proud of our boy, getting drunk and beating up British cops. Although back home in the U.S. he might have gotten shot right quick.

Hey, this must be the ugly American we’re always hearing about. He finally showed up.

Hey, does that Whitehouse . gov "Start Your Own Petition" feature still exist, where if you get enough online signatures, the White House promises to address your petition?
I'd love to sign one requesting that the Secy of State instruct our ambassador to the UK to demand that the British courts stop treating this jerk so leniently.

What the British judge SHOULD have ruled:
- Mr. Robinson, since you do not have sufficient funds to immediately pay your fines, I am remanding you to jail (gaol?) to wait for 30 days for your final sentencing.
- I am directing the Clerk of the Court to immediately set up two GoFundMe pages, both of which will only accept donations from your fellow Americans.
- The first one will raise funds to pay off your fines and spring you free.
- The second one will be for those who wish you to remain in jail an additional 11 months.
- After 30 days, this Court will keep the contents of whichever fund is greater, and abide by the conditions attached to it.
- The other fund will be donated to the British Corgi Rescue Society.
- Since you have no apparent means to hire your own Solicitor, a suitable volunteer will be found for you. We are now attempting to contact every known retired British actor who has ever portrayed a Solicitor, Barrister or Magistrate on BBC-TV. We realize that Our Cousins Across The Pond put an inordinately high value on "feelings" over reasoning, and we want you to feel as if you are getting the absolute gold standard of Legal Representation.

That's a mighty sophisticated and stylish European model for a sentence. I'm in awe.

Given that Great Britain finished second and third in the medals tables at the last two Olympics, that’s rather surprising.
