100% of the 18 schools were gun-free zones. Good guys who follow the rules honor (for the most part) the gun-free zones. Many people I know who are CC will purposely CC in gun-free zones because 100% of the gun free zones are east pickings for sick, demented, evil idiots who know they will have free access to their prey.
