how long before NJ is an Internet desert and people have to drive to Pennsylvania when they absolutely have to connect to high speed internet?

So all this EO does is prevent serivce providers from throttling or blocking content? If so That this is actually something I might be able to agree with. Hopefully it means that the internet providers will NOT upgrade New Jersey - leave them at about 20Mbs or so, and spend all upgrade money outside of the state.
