If the Prez wants to 'declassify' and release those memos I don't see that the judge can do a @^#@@% thing about it. I have sent repeated messages to Prez Trump and the RNC insisting that Prez Trump stop the federal judiciary from usurping executive powers

Prez Andrew Jackson told the federal courts that he was going to do what he had to do and just what did the SCOTUS intend to do about it. My biggest complaint about Trump is how he lets obscure federal judges make decisions that affect the whole country and he stands down for months to await the Sup Ct. If an obscure judge on the west coast can make decisions for the whole country then why do we need a Supreme Court?

Now he is allowing federal judges to dictate how he runs the military. This has got to stop or else wise the judges will take over all executive powers - just as they have taken over many of the Congressional powers. Thomas Jefferson warned that the greatest danger to the new republic was an eventual tyranny of the judges; it appears that we have arrived at that point!
