The FBI obtained the portions of it compiled up to that summer 2016 point in Rome so the FBI had it by early August 2016.
I believe you’re right to remind us of the calendar and the General kick off for the dossier being exposed as the main channel for the dirty cops pursuit of Trump and the complicit media activity dove tailing in.
Media used McCain’s role in this dossier peddling operation to legitimize a dirty investigation, in an attempt to convince their lame brained audiences that this “case” against the president should be open and shut.
