Considering all we have heared about Obama’s efforts to leave a shadow government after him, apparently including men in the military after his supposed purges of others, I’m kinda surprised no one is out there saying these “Pentagon” wise-guys are in fact the ones acting from a bad conscience.
The military will continue to “operate” but the warriors will be late getting their pay and other issues requiring funds will pretty much cease.
Until the money is appropriated, it can’t be spent. This is news?
